1 oz. KD Silver
1 oz. KD Pecan Honey
3/4 oz. lime juice
1 1/2 oz. tangerine juice
3/4 oz. cinnamon and vanilla infused maple syrup
Infused Maple Syrup
(2 cups of maple syrup, 3 cinnamon sticks, one whole vanilla bean split open. Bring to a simmer in a saucepan , let cool and remove cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice then strain into a rocks glass with ice. To finish float 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and garnish with a mint sprig.
