2 oz Kill Devil Silver rum
1/4 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water into a sauce pan, bring to a boil then let cool)
3 oz fresh red ruby grapefruit juice
sea salt for rimming half the glass
In a shaker tin add rosemary sprig and muddle to release the oils. Then add ice, rum, simple syrup and grapefruit juice to the tin. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass rimmed halfway with sea salt (rub a piece of grapefruit on half the rim then roll into sea salt). Garnish with a grapefruit peel and enjoy!
