The Manteo Mai Tai

Kill Devil Rum Cocktail Recipe- Manteo Mai Tai

2 oz Kill Devil Silver rum
1/2 oz orgeat syrup(or amaretto)
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz of passion fruit puree
dash of grenadine for color
orange slice and cherry for garnish

Combine all ingredients(except for garnish)in a shaker tin with ice, shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass up or over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
