2 cups Pecan Honey rum
2 cups strong black tea
1/2 cup Demerara sugar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
fresh nutmeg
Mix hot tea and sugar stirring until sugar is dissolved then refrigerate to let cool. Then add the rum and lime juice and pour into a punch bowl w ice (or ice block) then top with a generous grating of nutmeg and serve. Makes enough for 10-15 ppl.
