1 1/2 oz Pecan Honey Rum
2oz cold brew coffee
3/4oz chai syrup*
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
*Chai syrup- 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 chai tea bags.
In a sauce pan bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and add tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, return to heat and bring to a boil. Add sugar and stir just until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
